“I pump with low suction and fast speed in the beginning then switch to low speed high suction. I get 3x's the amount of milk with the low speed setting. This pump has improved my experience by maintaining my supply and allowing me to know how much (roughly) my baby is getting when she feeds. I'm much more relaxed and enjoying the experience now.”
